Series SM382 is a suction and discharge hose designed to handle non-fatty and non-oily foods, liquids, sanitary products and potable water in a variety of transfer applications. The hose is manufactured using polished stainless steel mandrels for an ultra-smooth tube that will not impart taste or odor, and is resistant to bacteria and microbes. The lightweight construction incorporates a unique dual mono-filament helix that provides full suction capability with superior crush and kink resistance—allowing the hose to return to its original shape—and flexibility for ease of handling. The dual static wires provide a path to conduct an electrical charge to ground. The EPDM cover is resistant to abrasion, mild chemicals and ozone.
