Application:

US Hose Corporation is a ISO 9001 manufacturer of Hastelloy C276 braided metal hose. This hose is used for wet chlorine gas, hot acids and severe applications such as desulfurization of flue gas equipment and the recovery of sour natural gas from drilling platforms.

1/2" to 2" diameter Hastelloy C276 hose with available Hastelloy C276 or Monel 400 braids

US Hose Series 875 Hastelloy C276 Metal hose with braid is manufactured to offer resistance in the formation of grain boundary precipitates that would degrade corrosion resistance.

Construction:

Hastelloy® hose
Series 300 stainless steel or Hastelloy braid
Annular construction

Sizes:

1/2" through 2"

Maximum Working Pressure:

Full vacuum up to 1550 psig depending on size and braid construction

Temperature:

Cryogenic to 2000°F with Hastelloy braid
Cryogenic to 1500°F with T321 stainless steel braid
