Application:

Protects hoses, cables and wires from molten metal splash, high heat hazards and occasional exposure to flame, in steel plants, glass plants, foundries, cutting and welding shops.

Colors:

Red is standard. Please consult JGB for custom color options.

Size:

Sizes are 1", 2", 3", 4", and 5" in 50 or 100-foot rolls.

Pyrotex SG Industrial Tape

• Heavy duty, silicone coated, knitted fiberglass tape
• Ideal for wrapping exhaust systems, high temperature piping, irregular shaped systems, and components with a large O.D.
• Continuous protection at 500°F (260°C)
• Short term protection at 2200°F (1204°C)
• Size range 1.00-5.00”(25-127mm) wide

Pyrotex SA Tape

• Self amalgamating silicone tape
• Ideal for terminating exposed fiberglass to prevent wicking and wrapping cables and assemblies together
• Continuous protection at 500°F (260°C)
• Short term protection at 2200°F (1204°C)
• 1.00” (25mm) and 1.50” (38mm) widths available

Pyrotherm Fiberglass Tape

• Heavy duty, texturized fiberglass tape
• Plain woven or drop warp styles available
• Ideal for additional heat protection industrial applications with larger diameters or where sleeving cannot reach
• Continuous protection at 1000°F (537°C)
• Available in 0.0625” (1.58mm) and 0.125” (3.175mm) thickness
• 0.50 thru 6.00” (12-152mm) widths available
