Main Product Features and Benefits
The DUCTALL A1S is made from a reinforcement steel wire assembled with a vinyl (PVC) profile with heat-bonded material joints for extra strength and durability. This construction technique offers DUCTALL A1S both a very high compression resistance and extreme flexiblility. As a result, it can be installed with a very small bend radius without restricting the inside of the hose.
- Chemical Resistance – DUCTALL A1S hose is an industrial champion for handling corrosive chemicals. It safely conveys a wide variety of acids, alkalies, gases and fumes with equal ease.
- Nonflammable Vinyl – DUCTALL A1S hose is non flammable and self extinguishing. This makes it ideally suited for hazardous applications where flammability hazards exist.
- Outdoor Service Life – DUCTALL A1S hose provides long service life when exposed to continuous hours of strong sunlight. It will not crack or peel.
- Operating Temperature – DUCTALL A1S hose performs well throughout a wide range of temperatures. Its operating range extends from -20° to +150° F. Specific upper and lower limits depend upon the nature of the application.
- Smooth Bore – DUCTALL A1S hose features a smooth bore, created by its unique, patented construction. Materials and vapors move freely as nothing interferes with the flow.
