Valve Description:
The 9095GBT is a top-fill overfill prevention valve designed specifically for very low profile tanks requiring a high shut-off point with integrated spill containment.
Features:
- For installation in factory integrated spill containment only
- Fill adaptor and shut-off mechanism are factory assembled for ease of field installation
- Straight female threaded adaptor facilitates valve installation to a precise set point
- Minimum shut-off height is 1" from the tank top
- 1.72" of float height adjustment
- Top fill applications only, not designed for remote filling
- Integrated drop tube—not extendable
- Low profile cap is included
- Full flow to shut-off point, cushioned closure eliminates shock
- Integral pressure relief
Construction Details
- Adaptor is anodized aluminum
- Shaft, linkage and hardware are stainless steel
- Nipple is e-coated steel
Operational Criteria
- Maximum flow of 110 GPM at 10 PSI pressure drop
- Minimum 5 PSI & 5 GPM flow requirements
- Maximum operating pressure is 100 PSI
- Maximum viscosity of 300 centistokes
