Most of our Hydraulic Hoses come with a choice of covers depending on usage conditions. Along with our bulk hose, JGB custom assembles Hydraulic Hose in many variations. We also carry hydraulic Fittings, Adapters, and Couplers to work with any type of hydraulic systems with any pressure rating requirements. JGB can provide low pressure hose to ultra-high pressure hydraulic hose for arduous operating conditions needing extremely high flexibility.

SAE 100R1

SAE 100R1 hydraulic hose for use with petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluids with temperatures from 140° to 100° C.
Type A - an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, a single wire braid reinforcement, and an oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover. A ply, or braid of appropriate material can be used over the inner tube or over the wire reinforcement (or both) anchoring cover to the reinforcement wire.
Type AT has the same construction as Type A, but a Type AT cover is designed for fittings that do not require removal of the cover (skiving).

SAE 100R2 hose has two braids of steel-wire reinforcement, and a ply or braid of suitable material may be used over the tube and/or wire to anchor the rubber to the wire. This hose should be used with water and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids.
Type A - requires skiving to assemble with fittings.
Type AT - the cover does not need to be removed to apply fittings.
Type S - has working pressures of ISO 1436-1, Type 2SN.

Nonconductive 100R7 - typically has an orange cover and appropriate layline with a pressure capacity similar to that of 100R1.
