Dixon Boss LPS Hammer Union

Used in the transfer of water, brine, water-based chemicals, water-based acids and gelatinous proppant (sand) slurry used at hydraulic fracturing sites.

Supplying water and sand slurry to a Hydraulic Fracturing site is a fast paced transfer application suitable for Dixon's one-piece 4” Fig. 206 Hammer Union. Dixon Frac fittings are sold separately or as a system: the stem (male or female), a heavy duty forged hammer nut and an interlocking ferrule offer customer’s one-piece dependability that is interchangeable with hammer union parts already in service.

Funnel Strainer is made of 304 Stainless Steel and offers a unique one-piece design which includes a pre-attached Buna Gasket for better sealing and ease of assembly. It is designed to be used with Female Quick-Acting couplings.

JGB carries all types of Hammer Unions for use in high-pressure, heavy-duty flow line connections in the oil industry. These hammer unions are used in the transfer of water, brine, water-based acids and gelatinous proppant (sand). They work at pressures ranging from 2000 NSCWP (non-shock cold working pressure) to 15000 NSCWP.

We carry a complete line of Aluminum Cam & Groove Hose Fittings, also called Cam Lock Fittings or Cam & Groove Couplings. JGB Aluminum Cam & Groove Fittings are good for applications where frequent or rapid changes of hoses are required because they are easy to connect and good for avoiding leaks. They may be used for petroleum trucks and for use in suction and discharge applications.
Please note that Cam & Groove Fittings are not suitable for steam, air, or any type of compressed gas.

King Combination Hose Nipples are made from tubular stock to fit straight end hose and are recommended for low pressure discharge and suction service. King Combination Hose Nipples are not suitable for use with compressed air.

The C & C LN200 is the perfect choice for work areas with space constraints. Its shorter neck makes the LN200 an ideal valve for trucks, trailers, tanks, or anywhere a compact valve may be desirable. The LN200 is designed with notches in the body, to guide flange bolts during installation, and to keep the valve aligned with the flange during use. The LN200 is designed with a two piece stem which allows for maximum flow values, and for repair of valve parts without special tools. The LN200 is pressure rated to 200 PSI and is available in sizes 2" through 12".

Plate Strainer is made to thread into the bottom of a female NPT coupler. It protects pumps and other equipment from large contaminants. The "Easy Grip" handle pin design allows for easy assembly.

Strainers and Sight Glass (NPT Threads)
Sight Glass is made from a tough polycarbonate material and has a temperature rating of (-50 to +185°F). It has a 500 PSI rating and allows for viewing of materials at all times.

The Series G-28 Hinged Grooved Coupling is designed for quick connect and disconnect services. The housing segments are hinged with a lever handle for easy assembly. The use of the split pin can secure and prevent the accidental opening of the coupling. The Series G-28 can be used in a wide variety of applications with standard rolled or cut grooved pipe. Housings 1 1/2” - 4” (40 mm – 100 mm) feature a smooth outer surface, housings 5” - 12” (125 mm – 300 mm) feature a cross-ribbed design for added strength.

Large Diameter Shank Couplings are designed for use with large diameter lay flat hose in agricultural, energy, and industrial applications. A lightweight aluminum grooved shank, easily installed, field repairable, and reattachable coupling. This coupling consists of a hose shank and a segmented clamp collar. One end of the shank is machined to accept the mating collar. The opposite end has a machined groove. The clamp collar is easily assembled to the hose using a hex (Allen) wrench. Large Diameter Shank Couplings can be used with PVC/Nitrile Hose or PU hose.
