The suction-proof multi-purpose hose for the food industry

LACTOPAL® L is the multi-purpose, high-class hose with a steel wire helix for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The bright inner lining is homogeneous, smooth and completely neutral in terms of odor and taste and is particularly well-suited to the transportation of media containing grease and oil. It is resistant to commonly used cleaning and disinfection products. The embedded steel wire helix makes the LACTOPAL® L flexible, lightweight and highly resistant to suction. When combined with our swaged coupling systems and rubber protection rings, it becomes the ideal hose line!

• Meets the requirements set out in EC 1935/2004 and EC 2023/2006
• Complies with recommendation XXI, cat. 2 issued by the BfR and FDA (21 CFR 177.2600)
• Operating pressure of up to 16 bar/232 psi
• Meets the recommendation XXI cat. 2 of BfR and FDA (21 CFR 177.2600)

Tube:

White, homogenous and non-porous NBR lining, absolutely neutral to taste and odor

Reinforcement:

Synthetic yarn with embedded steel wire helix

Cover:

Blue, patterned fabric NBR cover; resistant to ozone, weathering and UV; abrasion resistant

Temperature:

-22°F up to +176°F / -30°C up to +80°C (+194°F / +90°C max. 20 minutes)
Can be steamed up to +110°C / +230°F (+130°C / +266°F max. 20 minutes)

Branding:

Marking: Red spiral with integrated blue wavy line, interrupted by the words "Continental ContiTech LACTOPAL® FDA glass/fork symbol BfR EG 1935/2004 2023/2006 Made in Germany” on a blue background, applied in a spiral
