Willcox Hose® Vapor Recovery Type 1321 hoses are specifically designed for robust vapor recovery for dockside use where durability and reliability are required over water.

Vapor Recovery Type 1321 is ideal for transfers from ship-to-shore, ship-to-barges or bunkering operations of hydrocarbon vapors.

Type 3351 is available with a polypropylene coated steel inner wire and Type 4331 is available with a T316 stainless steel inner wire for aggressive chemical vapor recovery operations.

Assemblies are supplied with lightweight fixed or floating flanges with ANSI 150 drilling with two additional 5/8" diameter holes drilled in the bolt circle to conform to USCG regulations.

All factory fitted assemblies are fully painted and certified to USCG Regulations 33 CFR Section 154.810 Vapor Line Connections

High product compatibility for safe handling of all types of oil based, 100% aromatics and other non aggressive chemical vapors.

Willcox vapor recovery hoses are manufactured to meet or exceed US Coast Guard requirements in Federal Register volume 33 CFR chapter 1, sub-titled "Vapor Recovery Connections" para. 154-810 dated 7.1.98. All vapor recovery hose is manufactured with a bright yellow cover and 2" VAPOR logo. Each are marked red/yellow/red on each end and flanges have .625 pilot holes on each end.
  • Fitting pressure rating may limit working pressure of an assembly.
  • Increased operating temperatures will reduce working pressure of the hose.
  • Above working pressures are 70° F or worldwide ambient temperatures
