Purple Snake Conductive Hose

Application:

PURPLE SNAKE® PLUS CONDUCTIVE is the new high-tech version of the reliable and internationally renowned PURPLE SNAKE®. It is the first food hose to comply with the most stringent requirements under food legislation that is also able to dissipate static charges thanks to the black conductive coiled stripes included in both the inner layer and on the cover. It is therefore perfectly suited to use in ex-zones, particularly for the transportation of high-proof alcohol in breweries, distilleries, wine press houses, bottling plants and other such installations in the brewing, beverage and spirits industries. The white UPE inner lining is completely neutral in terms of odor and taste, homogeneous, smooth, plasticizer-free and temperature resistant up to +95°C. It is highly resistant to all the commonly used cleaning and disinfection products. Thanks to its excellent abrasion resistance, the hose is also suitable for conveying granulate and powder medium. Flexibility, pressure resistance and long service life – even under extreme working conditions – are additional advantages. When combined with our swaged coupling systems and rubber protection rings, it becomes the ideal hose line!

Temperature:

-30°C up to +95°C / -22°F up to +203°F (+110°C / +230°F max. 60 minutes)
Can be steamed up to +130°C / +266°F (max. 30 minutes)
