Commander Acid Suction and Discharge

Sub Type: Water Suction & Discharge Hose

Application:

For suction and discharge in handling many highly corrosive acids and other materials not possible with other tube compounds, such as sulphuric acid, chromic acid, nitric acid, sodium dichromate, sodium hypochlorite, and glacial acetic acid.

Tube:

Hypalon. The Thickness can be specified to meet various conditions.

Reinforcement:

Multiple plies of strong, square-woven duck, and helical steel wire. Full vacuum and discharge pressures that vary according to hose size. Flexible construction keeps hose round when bent, reducing kinking and damaging.

Cover:

Black neoprene. Resists abrasion, sunlight, weather and scuffing.

Couplings:

Must be selected for corrosion resistance and pressure. Rubber and metal are available.
Made with straight or enlarged capped ends. Can be fitted with Flexlock or Flexseal ends, so no metal contacts corrosives.
