JGB offers a wide range of durable, mildew-resistant water Discharge Hoses designed for use in irrigation, general dewatering, drainage, wash-down, sewer bypass, flood control, or as flotation booms, cable covers, and more. JGB carries discharge hoses for applications that require low, medium, or high working pressures.

Our discharge hoses are used in various industries such as Construction, Marine, Mining, Industrial, Municipal, and Agriculture and come in sizes from 1.5 to 10 inch diameters. All discharge hoses are available in bulk or custom assembled to customer specifications.

Choosing a Discharge Hose

Choosing the wrong type discharge hose for the application can adversely impact pump output and lead to an inefficient system. Things to consider when choosing a discharge hose:  

1. PVC Lay Flat Hose - lightweight, easy to store, lower pressure, economical, least durable, collapsing creates additional head pressure on pumps, best for short horizontal or downhill pumping applications without abrasives or refuse;
2. Rubber Hose – more durable than lay flat hose but also creates additional head pressure on pumps, kinking can occur;
3. Reinforced Rubber Hose - more abrasion and puncture resistant than reinforced PVC;
4. Reinforced PVC Hose - lighter and more flexible than reinforced rubber.

The following Discharge Hoses offered by JGB Enterprises are primarily for pump discharge outlets. Pressure ratings will vary depending on the size, type of hose and style of attached hose ends.

Agriflex Hose- Lay Flat Large Diameter Discharge Hose

A medium pressure, lay flat transfer Discharge Hose designed for heavy duty use in soft hose travelers, liquid manuring and everyday heavy‐duty water delivery, frac water transfer, lay flat fresh water discharge, hydro fracking water transfer, slurry manure transfer. It is protected and encapsulated by a through-the-weave extruded PVC/Nitrile rubber, forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type. Agri-Flex features a thin rib construction to aid abrasion resistance. A Lightweight construction for easy handling and transportation. This discharge hose is available in lengths up to 660 feet.

Eagle Nitrile® 150psi Layflat Hose

A lightweight, flexible synthetic rubber lay flat Discharge Hose, with an oil resistant tube reinforced with a single high tensile textile braid and covered with a synthetic ribbed finish for high pressure, high volume water transfer applications. This discharge hose allows for quick layout and retrieval and is typically used for irrigation, sewage, or general pumping duties. This hose is available in 100 and 200 feet standard lengths (Longer lengths are available on request) .

Eagle FLO® Blue PVC Discharge Hose

This Discharge Hose is a lay flat, lower pressure, PVC hose, unlined with minimal reinforcement for light duty, general purpose water discharge in agricultural, irrigation, or construction applications. It is available with standard short shank couplings.

Eagle Mill® Double Jacket Hose

Eagle Mill® Double Jacket Hose is a medium pressure water discharge hose with an SBR tube and for light duty service. This hose features an SBR tube with a double jacketed white woven 100% polyester cover for tear resistance. This discharge hose is available with male x female water shank or cam lock couplings, in a double white jacket.

Eagle Mill® Single Jacket Hose

Eagle Mill® Single Jacket Hose is a medium pressure water discharge hose for light duty service. It has a working pressure of 150 psi. . This hose features an SBR tube with a white woven 100% polyester cover for tear resistance. It is available with male x female water shank or cam lock couplings, in a single white jacket.
